She stayed in contact to make sure I knew exactly what the process would look like and explained everything in great detail. As we approached the day of putting the house on the market she got the house set up to look incredible for its showings. She marketed the house well and within hours of it hitting the market we had buyers putting together offers. Once the showings were closed Michelle went over in great detail the multiple offers we received in just 2 days. She made sure I understood the difference between the types of offers and what would be the next steps for each offer if I chose to accept it. In the end, we accepted an offer above the asking price and everything went smoother than I could have imagined.
